Services offered
Récord Production provides audiovisual production, event coverage, advertising production, community management, video editing, graphic design, live streaming, and drone services in Nicaragua. The specific details, scope, and deliverables of each service are defined in the proposal or written agreement for each project.
Quotes and contracting
All services are quoted individually based on project scope. A client-approved quote constitutes the service agreement. To begin any production, written confirmation from the client is required, along with a previously agreed-upon deposit for certain projects. Prices are subject to change for future unconfirmed projects.
Intellectual property and usage rights
Audiovisual content produced by Récord Production for a client becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Récord Production reserves the right to use excerpts of produced work as portfolio or service showcase material, unless the client requests explicit confidentiality.
Timelines and deliverables
Delivery timelines are established in each proposal and depend on the type and scale of the project. Récord Production commits to meeting agreed deadlines. Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather conditions, location availability, client delays in approvals) may adjust the agreed schedule, with prior notice to the client.
