We collect information you voluntarily provide when completing our contact form or when reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or email. This includes your name, phone number, email address, and a description of the project or service you are interested in.

We use the information collected solely to respond to your inquiries, prepare audiovisual production proposals, coordinate contracted projects, and communicate with you regarding Récord Production's services. We do not use your data for purposes other than those stated without your prior consent.
Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with technical service providers who assist in operating our website, always under confidentiality agreements. If required by a competent authority, we will comply with applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking. You may configure your browser to reject cookies; the visit analytics described in the next section do not depend on them.
Visit statistics
We use PostHog, an analytics service hosted in the European Union, to understand anonymously how this site is used: which pages are visited, from which country and on what kind of device, and which buttons are tapped (for example WhatsApp, calls or the contact form). We do not use cookies. We store a random, anonymous identifier in your browser that is not linked to your name, email or phone number, and what you type in the form is never sent to the statistics. Your IP address is used only to work out your country and is not stored. Statistics are kept for one year. We do not use them for advertising or sell them. If you prefer not to take part, add ?notrack=1 to the page address once.
Information security
